Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• With all tags and labels still attached.
• Free of stains, odors, or damage.
Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Return Process
1.Email us at support@joshuaclothhub.online with your order number and reason for return.
2.We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
3.Ship the item(s) back to our return address provided in the instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
• If you’d like a different size or color, please request an exchange when contacting us.
• Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received.
• If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
